Prof. Dan Tsafrir Receives the 2014 IBM Faculty Award
Prof Dan Tsafrir received the
IBM Faculty Award
for his research on Accelerating Virtual I/O.
The award is a competitive worldwide program intended to faculty with outstanding reputation for
contributions in their field or, in the case of junior faculty, show unusual
promise.
The award's objective is to foster collaboration between researchers at
leading universities worldwide and those in IBM research, development and
services organizations, and to promote courseware and curriculum innovation to
stimulate growth in disciplines and geographies that are strategic to IBM.
